Welcome to the FFA Online Entry System for the
Kentucky State Fair
Entry Deadline: August 5, 2025
          1. To Begin click the Sign In button in the top right hand corner. Choose Club in the drop down menu.  
Then you will need to select your FFA Chapter from the drop down list.
You will use the password we have provided you through email to login to the system.
** Only one advisor in each school can be logged into the system at a time**
2. You will want to click on “Begin adding Exhibitor and Entries” to start creating accounts for all of your students. You will need to fill out all the required fields for each students.
3. Follow the directions to select the proper division and class number for each entry. Make a separate entry for each item.
4. Once you have made entries for a student, please press the “Save this cart for later” button to insure your entries have been saved to your cart.
5. Once you have submitted a student's entries you can go back in to the system and add additional entries. However, you cannot delete entries once you have hit submit.
6. Print a receipt and keep this for your records.
